Criminology Research and Indigenous Communities: Rethinking Our Practices

La 9e semaine Mitig se tiendra du 18 au 22 mars 2025.

Cette semaine s’adresse à la communauté étudiante de l’Université de Montréal et vise à faire rayonner les perspectives et savoirs autochtones de même qu’à tisser des liens.

Dans le cadre de la semaine Mitig, l’École de criminologie de l’Université de Montréal et le Centre international de criminologie comparée (CICC) organisent une classe de maître sur la question de la recherche en milieu autochtone. Plus précisément, cette classe de maître aborde la question de l’intervention psychosociale et criminologique auprès de clientèles autochtones.

The event will take place from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, offering a unique opportunity to discuss the themes explored in the book, including the use of force and contemporary issues in police interventions.
