Natacha Brunelle

Natacha Brunelle, Full Professor in the Department of Psychoeducation and Social Work at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, is also a regular researcher at the Institut universitaire sur les dépendances (IUD). She is also the scientific director of the research partnership program RÉ(SO) 16-35. This research program aims to analyze and promote desistance trajectories from delinquency and socio-community reintegration of young people aged 16 to 35 who have been judicialized, as well as to create a true collaboration network between organizations (public and community) to achieve this.

Her research interests primarily focus on delinquency, substance use disorders, drug-crime links, recovery processes, crime desistance, and socio-community (re)integration.
