Emmanuel Milot

Emmanuel Milot is a professor of genetics and forensic science at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and a regular member of the Laboratoire de recherche en criminalistique and of the Groupe de Recherche en Science Forensique. His research focuses on the interpretation of DNA traces and, more broadly, on information extracted from the genome for investigative purposes (meaning, discriminatory power, risks). His research also extends to other fields of population genetics applications, such as evolutionary biology, archaeogenetics, and epidemiology.
