Elsa Euvrard

Associate Professor at the School of Social Work and Criminology at Université Laval, Elsa Euvrard focuses on criminal and social justice, penal policies, criminal practices and interventions, and social reintegration. Elsa Euvrard also holds the Research Chair in the Social Reintegration of Offenders, established in 2018 through a partnership between Laval University, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ministry of Justice of Quebec.
