Andrée-Ann Deschênes

Professor at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, she educates current and future managers in public security management programs. Her research interests focus on the psychology of management within public security organizations, particularly on the prevention of psychological health at work in the police environment. Andrée-Ann Deschênes also holds the UQTR-ENPQ Research Chair in the prevention of psychological health at work in public safety.
