Dr. Quésia Pereira Cabral is a legal scholar and cybersecurity expert specializing in decision-making, organized crime, and cyber intelligence. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from the Federal University of Pará (2024) and has extensive experience in law enforcement, having served as Deputy Coordinator of the Cyber Operations Lab at Brazil’s Ministry of Justice. Previously, she held leadership roles in the Civil Police of Pará, managing intelligence operations and cybercrime investigations.
Her research focuses on criminal factions, digital crime, and the intersection of law and technology. She has published multiple books and academic articles on cyber intelligence, disinformation, and criminal organizations. Dr. Cabral actively contributes to international conferences, policy discussions, and law enforcement training programs on cybersecurity and organized crime.
